Dear Paolo, How unpleasant to read that we may have made a mistake with your order by installing Ubuntu instead of Debian. Our apologies for making this mistake. Of course, we would have been happy to correct this for you. I understand given the iwlwifi firmware error, that you have since installed Debian yourself. To get WiFi functional on Debian, the firmware-iwlwifi package must be installed from backports. Instead of the package, you can also download and load the firmware files separately. Should you require further information or help with the installation of the WiFi driver, we will of course be happy to help!
